【さつまいもプリンケーキ】
今日は、電子レンジで出来る『さつまいもプリンケーキ』を作りました。
電子レンジで出来るお菓子は、なにより速く出来上がるのが嬉しいところ。
この『さつまいもプリンケーキ』も電子レンジでたったの７分！あっという間に出来上がります。
さつまいもとプリンが合わさったら、美味しくないわけがないですよね～♪
出来上がりをすぐ食べるのも、冷蔵庫で冷やして翌日食べるのもどっちもオススメ。出来ればどちらも試していただきたいくらいです。
１日目はふんわり食感で、2日目はスイートポテトのような濃厚な味わいに！ぜひ、お好みの具合を見つけてお召し上がりください！

さつまいも 180g
牛乳 250cc
卵 2個
砂糖 40g
小麦粉 20g
